---- Notice regarding SmartCloud Notes NRPC Connectivity in China ----
SmartCloud Notes users located in China may experience issues accessing their accounts via IBM Notes (NRPC). This issue is due to a number of third-party service provider (ISP’s) being unable to transfer traffic to service provider(s) in China.
The SmartCloud Notes service, including NRPC connectivity, remains fully available.
For clients who encounter issues with NRPC, we recommend using SmartCloud Notes web, Traveler (mobile), or Verse. As an additional alternative, Administrators may be able to make configuration changes that may improve NRPC connectivity from China. Administrators who would like information on the configuration changes should contact IBM Support (https://www.ibm.com/mysupport/) for details.
Once IBM receives confirmation from service provider(s) regarding corrections to providers in China we will post an updated statement here.
